General Troubleshooting Guide

1.Lack of lubrication.

set too low.
1.Lubricate the air motor and the screw
mechanism.(See lubrication section of this
manual)
2.Adjust the regulator setting of the tool.
3.Adjust regulators in the air system.
Screw rapidly
but will not remo-

1.Worn screw mechanism.
1-1 Replace screw mechanism.
1-2 Return screw to your supplier for repair.
Does not ratchet
