Lubrication of the hammer mechanism
If you do not use the impact wrench very often, the hammer mechanism does not
need lubricating more than 1–2 times a month. If the impact wrench is used daily,
the hammer mechanism should be lubricated every day.
Disconnect the impact wrench from the air hose.
Remove the screw (2) and drip 2–3 drops of oil
into the hole. There is a little o-ring on the screw,
make sure that it is not misplaced. Screw in
the screw again, making sure that the o-ring is in
place. Engine oil can be used here.
Operating instructions
1. Remove the protective plug from the air inlet (5). Screw the air inlet nipple into
the air inlet (5). Use some form of thread sealant to ensure that the seal is airtight.
2. Fit a socket onto the anvil (1).
Use only undamaged impact
sockets.
3. Connect the quick-connect coupling
of the air hose to the air inlet nipple
on the impact wrench.
