Black screen or No signal
1.
Please use the original accessories we provide (cables and
charger). USB 3.0 A Male to USB Type C cable
does not
support video signal transmission.
2.
Please unplug all cables from the monitor and plug in all
cables again.
3.
For single USB-C connection for power and display, the
Type-C port of some devices like HP Elitebook, Acer Aspire
does not
support video signal output and only supports
charging. Please contact us to help you confirm if the Type-C
port of your device supports video signal output.
4.
Please set the display mode to Extend in Windows.
5.
Connect the monitor to other devices to check if the monitor
can work well with other devices.

How to save the setting of brightness.
The monitor will save settings when the wall charger is plugged
into the Type-C port for external power supply.
But when there is no external power supply, and the monitor is
powered on by your device, please
turn on Save Brightness
option. (Please refer to Page 11)

Please NOTE when Save Brightness is turned on and there is
no external power supply for the monitor, the monitor may not
work with your phone because of not enough power supply
