Back End - Cellar Equipment
Clean nozzles,
diffusers & drip trays
in line with the
cleaning guide
Clean the valves,
refit nozzles &
diffusers. Do not
leave to soak in
water
Front End

Tower or Head
Turn off the water
supply to the post
mix equipment
Turn off the CO2
supply to the
equipment
Turn off the
equipment at the
electrical supply
