TO ELT PIN 11 (OR GROUND POINT COMMON TO ELT PIN 11
AS CLOSE TO ELT AS POSSIBLE). OTHERWISE, THE CONNECTION
BETWEEN PIN 9 AND PIN 11 IS OPTIONAL.
USE OF SHIELDED CABLE IS RECOMMENDED, PARTICULARLY FOR
LONG CABLE RUNS AND WHERE EMI IS A CONCERN.
