ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
STEP 2
1.1 Insert wood dowel to both ends of bed rail without
hole.
1.2 Align and fasten bed rail without hole to lower bed end
using longest bolt and barrel nut. Tighten with Allen
wrench
2.1 Insert wood dowel to both ends of bed rail without
hole.
2.1 Align and fasten bed rail without hole to left and right
extension using longest bolt and barrel nut.Tighten with
Allen wrench
STEP 3
STEP 4
3.1 Align and fasten metal plate to lower bed end using
rivet-nut and short bolt.Tighten with Allen wrench.
3.2 Align and fasten the duly assembled left and right
extension to lower bed ends(as per diagram shown) using
long wood screw.Tighten with screw driver ( NOT
INCLUDED).
Align and fasten long bed slat and center rail to bed slat
support with leveler (as per diagram shown) using long
bolt. Tighten with Allen wrench.
