Warranty Conditions

This warranty is applicable to all Microwave Ovens and Microwave Ovens with Grill.
The offer applies to domestic usage only and excludes commercial applications.
At the discretion of Coast to Coast RV Services, this warranty is the standard 1 (ONE) Year term for all models of Microwave Ovens and Microwave
Ovens with Grill.
NOTE: In the event of a Warranty Claim, you (the purchaser) must provide a copy of your original dated purchase receipt (or ‘Contract of Sale’ for your
RV), for service to be provided under this warranty.

1) PURCHASER’S STATUTORY RIGHTS

The rights (including implied rights) and remedies, which the owner has under the Trade Practices Act and other State
Consumer laws, are additional to the benefits conferred by this Warranty.

2)Coast to Coast RV Services WARRANTY

a) Subject to the terms and conditions herein, this Coast to Coast RV Services Warranty covers defective parts and workmanship ONLY, provid-
ed that the product is packaged & shipped prepaid to an Authorized Service Centre within the 1 (ONE) year of purchase of goods. This warranty
is limited to the repair or replacement (at the Manufactures’ discretion) of parts. After the repair, this product will be available for collection by or
return to the Purchaser at the purchaser’s costs. The Coast to Coast RV Services Warranty does NOT cover freight or insurance. In all cases of
transport damage or loss, a claim must be filed against the carrier by the purchaser, even if the freight was arranged by Coast to Coast RV
Services.

i) Effective 01/01/2010 all Models Microwave Ovens and Microwave Ovens with Grill, provide a Warranty 1 (ONE) Year From the date
of purchase (at Retail Level) on parts & labour, at the discretion of Coast to Coast RV Services.
ii) Microwave units intended for or employed in COMMERCIAL USE of any nature (including without limitation, Industrial, Non-Retail,
Non-Domestic, Rental Services, Educational, Business & like use) will NOT be covered by this warranty.

b) If a replacement is required at a time where the same model is no longer available, then at the discretion of Coast to Coast RV Services, a
model of equivalent or higher specifications will be offered as a replacement.
c) Warranty is applicable only for goods distributed by Coast to Coast RV Services and purchased from an authorized Dealer.

3) CONDITIONS

a) This Coast to Coast RV Services warranty only applies in respect of the products described herein, which are distributed by Coast to Coast

RV Services and purchased from an authorized Coast dealer; and

b) if the said products have been installed and used in accordance with the instructions displayed on the unit or in the relevant instruction/user

manual; and

c) Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt from an Authorized Coast dealer (or copy of ‘Contract of Sale’ for your RV) is presented when re

questing Warranty Service.

4) SERVICE

Please contact Coast to Coast RV Services for your local Authorized Service Centre.

5) PURCHASE REGISTRATION

Coast to Coast RV Services, does NOT use ‘Warranty Registration Cards’ for its 1 (ONE) Year warranty provided. Proof of Purchase in the form of a
receipt from an Authorized dealer (or copy of ‘Contract of Sale’ for your RV) is required when requesting Warranty Service.

6) VARIATION

No employees or servants of an Authorized Service Centre of Coast to Coast RV Services, have authority to add to or alter the terms of this Coast to
Coast RV Services Warranty.

7) EXCLUSIONS

1. Subject to the purchaser’s rights referred to herein, this Coast to Coast RV Services warranty hereby excludes and Disclaims to the maximum extent
permitted by law any and all other liability in respect of the product;
2. This Coast to Coast RV Services Warranty, does NOT apply to;

a) Control knobs and buttons, power plugs, leads, glass or plastic Panels, appearance items and cabinetry; any failure due to fair wear and tear,
b) Damaged caused by accident, misuse or negligence, including by leaking batteries, foreign objects or substances not normally associated
with the product, damage caused by scratching, chipping, staining rust or corrosion. Products repaired or tampered with by anyone other than
Coast Service Centre or its authorized Service Centers,
c) Calls to attend or requests for service in respect of any adjustment which could have been performed by the owner or arising from inadequate;
External power supply or other faults in any ancillary or other Equipment or external interferences of any nature whatsoever,
d) Any Faults relating to or arising from, any defect in the product, which was know to you (the purchaser) at the time of purchase including any
pre-existing conditions,
e) The expense of a service inspection, when no fault has been found with the product,
f) Products where the serial number/ID plate is removed or defaced,
g) Insurance of any product in transit or when in the possession of a Coast to Coast RV Services service agent or any other party, and
h) Any circumstances which constitute an “Act of God” (for e.g., earthquakes, typhoons, flash floods, etc.) or which normally be covered by
normal household/RV insurance, and
i) An unauthorized service center or any tempering of any under undertakes where any service nature in respect of the said products is conduct-
ed by unauthorized persons
j) The Coast to Coast RV Services Warranty does NOT cover freight or insurance. In all cases of transport damage or lost, a claim must be filed
against the carrier by the purchaser, even if the freight was arranged by Coast to Coast RV Services.
