3. Tighten the cable clamp/strain relief and then the cable gland for a watertight seal. It might
be necessary to apply a sealant to help stop moisture from getting into the light fitting.
REMARKS
If you have turned the light upside down it is now time to turn it the right way up. Make sure
that the cable enters the light fitting from below. If necessary, make a U-bend in the cable
before it enters the light fitting.
4. Insert the light bulb as follows: Undo the screws on the top of the light and open the front.
Insert the bulb in the spring-loaded bulb holder and make sure that the bulb makes a good
contact with the terminals. Do not touch any part of the bulb with your bare hands. If the bulb
should accidentally touch your hands it must be cleaned using methanol and a lint-free cloth.
Close the lamp cover and tighten the screws. Do not tighten the cover too much, the glass
might crack.
5. Adjusting the beam angle: undo the nuts on the side, adjust the light beam to the desired
angle and tighten the nuts again.
6. Replace the fuse and turn the power back on.
Warning:
Do not touch the light until it has cooled down.
