• To preserve the integrity of the pressure-treated lumber, sealer should be
applied to all cuts before assembly.
• Clearance and pilot holes should be drilled before installing wood screws.
Doing so makes it easier to align and assemble the joint, creates a stronger
joint and reduces the chance of splitting the wood.
1.1 Mark the location of the Seat Braces (2) on the front
and back Seat Rails (1).
1.2 Secure each joint with 3" Deck Screws.
2.1 Mark the location of the Back Supports (4) on the Backrest Upper (3)
and Lower (5) Rails.
2.2 Secure the rails with 3" Deck Screws.
