To remove Seat Pad...

Remove the
Tray
.
Undo the harness buckle.
Remove the shoulder clips from the waist straps.
Remove the shoulder pads and then feed the
shoulder harness straps back through the current
slots in the
Seat Pad
.
Repeat the above step for the waist straps and the
crotch strap.
Remove the
Seat Pad
from the
Seat
.
