33.1 Temperature sensor
The on-chip temperature sensor measures and monitors the core temperature of the product, thus
ensuring reliable operation of the product. The voltage output by the temperature sensor is proportional to
the core temperature, and there is a linear relationship between the voltage and temperature. Its output
voltage is supplied to the ADC for conversion. Figure33-1shows a block diagram of a temperature sensor.
