Activating & Troubleshooting
**Lock and Unlock
Memory Function
You will need to activate the memory handset once the desk is fully assembled. Side
note: if the frame doesn’t seem to be working properly, rest assured that most issues
can be fixed by performing a simple reset on the frame via the handset:
1. Start by unlocking the handset if it is locked (See Lock/Unlock instructions below**).
2. Perform a reset by pressing and holding the “Up” and “Down” buttons at the same
time.
3. Continue to hold as the frame lowers itself all the way down (if extended ). You will
hear a slight beep sound followed by a brief flash on the display.
4. Press the “Up” button once to engage the motors. Your desk should now be activat
-ed and ready to go.
Press and hold the lock button for 1 second and the handset will lock. Press and hold
the lock button for 3 seconds to unlock.
To preset a specific height, elevate the desk to the desired height. Then press the “Up”
directional arrow and 1 button at the same time for about 2 seconds. “P1” should
appear on the display. Repeat the procedure to preset height elevation for button 2.
Programming Alternative Measurements
Press “1” “2” and “unlock” button together for about 5 seconds. “C-I” should appear on
the display. Then press the “2” button and you should see “I” displayed. You have
successfully programmed the handset from centimeters to inches.
Revert Back to Centimeters
Press“1” “2” and “unlock” button together for about 5 seconds. “C-I” should appear on
the display. Then press the “1” button you and should see “C” displayed. You have
programmed the handset from inches back to centimeters.
