2. After cleaning the water curtain, please unplug the power plug, remove plug, remove the air
filter, then remove the curtain fixing plate, rinse with fresh water, and then put it back on the
machine.
3. Please clean the water tank, unplug the power plug, remove the rear plate and the side plate,
turn the drain cover under the tank counter-clockwise, empty the sewage, wipe the scale in the
tank with a brush and dilute the detergent, and then use the water. Rinse clean and then install
the tank drain cover side plate and rear plate.
Troubleshooting
Malfunction
Cause/Solution
Cold fan cannot start
1.1 The power cord is not correctly linked.
1.2 The power switch is not turned on, please turn the switch or
touch switch key
Can not be cooled
2.1 The pump is not started, please press the cooling or touch
switch buttom
2.2 The water level is too low. Please add water and confirm that
cooling is on.
2.3 Damage to the pump or water level switch. Please replace the
water pump or water level switch
The fan does not turn
3.1 Check if the power supply is properly connected
3.2 The power switch is not turned on, please turn the switch or
touch switch key
3.3 If ground protection is connected, check for open circuit.
Leaves do not move
4.1 Please check whether the swing button is open, please open
the swing buttom
4.2 Pendulum motor damaged, please replace the blade motor
4.3 Please check if the motor is normal
Box leaving water
5.1 Please check whether the drain cover is tightened and the
cabinet is broken
