Removing the Modem
1.
Turn
off
the computer, remove the battery (
), HDD (
), component bay cover (
cal device (
) and keyboard (
2.
Remove screws
-
from the bottom case (
).
3.
Remove screws
-
from the rear of the computer (
).
4.
Remove screw
from the top case and disconnect cables
-
).
5.
Carefully lift the top case
off the computer. The modem will be visible at point
(
Figure 14c
).
