Removing the 3G Module
3G Module Removal Procedure
1. Turn off the computer, turn it over to remove the battery ( page 2 - 5 ) and bottom cover ( page 2 - 7 ).
2. The module will be visible at point on the mainboard ( Figure 9a ).
3. Carefully disconnect the cables & , and then remove the screw from the module ( Figure 9b ) .
4. The module will pop-up ( Figure 9c ).
5. Lift the module up and off the computer ( Figure 9d ).

c. The module will pop up.
