With the high fire air-fuel ratio established, the gas pressure regulator needs no further adjusting.
Recheck low fire and adjust if necessary.
Proper setting of the air-fuel ratios at all rates must be determined by combustion analysis. See Section 4.2 of this
chapter for additional information.
4.5 — Parallel Positioning Adjustment
For parallel positioning systems refer to the control manufacturer's documentation and to the accompanying wiring
diagram for information on adjusting the system. In a properly tuned parallel positioning system the independent
actuators for fuel, will be coordinated to provide optimum combustion throughout the firing range.
NOTE: Check for CO through the entire firing range.
Keep fingers away from the air intake below the damper. The damper is actuated with sufficient force to cause severe
injury.
