Fill in
The "Fill in" function inserts a transition sequence into the current style accompaniment.
After the fill-in, the selected variant of the basic accompaniment pattern continues to run.
With style playback stopped, press the [FILL A]/[FILL B] keys to select one of the two stored
basic patterns of the style. "A or B" is highlighted on the screen.
Press the [FILL A]/[FILL B] keys during style playback to switch to the respective pattern.
During the change, a transition sequence, the so-called fill-in, is played.
Press and hold the [FILL A]/[FILL B] keys to play the Fill-In repeatedly. The playback of the
Fill-In ends only after releasing the [FILL A]/[FILL B] keys and the style playback returns to
the basic pattern.
Fade In/Out
The fade function lets you smoothly fade in the style playback at the beginning of your play
or fade it out at the end.
With style playback stopped, press the [FADE] button to gently fade in the style after it starts.
The display shows "Fade". The volume of the style and keyboard playback increases from 0
to the set volume value in the first seconds of playback.
While the style is playing, press the [FADE] button to slowly fade the style before stopping it.
The display shows "Fade". The volume of the style and keyboard playback will decrease
from the set volume value to 0 in a few seconds, after which style playback will stop
automatically.
Tempo
For each style, a predefined standard tempo is linked in the instrument. When the style is
called up, the stored tempo is automatically selected.
However, you can change the tempo as needed using the [TEMPO -]/[TEMPO +] keys.
Use the [TEMPO -]/[TEMPO +] keys to change the tempo.
Press and hold the [TEMPO -]/[TEMPO +] keys to quickly change the value of the tempo.
Press the [TEMPO+] and [TEMPO-] keys simultaneously to immediately return to the
respective default value.
