Operation
Making a Call
When you make a call, the number you are dialing appears on the
display. There are several ways to dial a number:
Press TALK, listen for dialtone and dial the number
Press SPKR, listen for dialtone and dial the number
Dial the number, then press TALK (like on a mobile phone)
Press the TALK key twice fast (TALK-TALK) to re-dial
Dial from the Phonebook (see Phonebook function)
To hang-up, press the END key.
Receiving a Call
When the phone is ringing, you can answer the call by pressing
the TALK key to use the handset, or the SPKR key to use the
speakerphone.
To hang-up, press the END key.
Using the Speakerphone
When you are on the phone, pressing the SPKR key will switch
you between using the handset and using the speakerphone.
Pressing SPKR will not hang-up the call.
To hang-up, press the END key.
Using the MUTE Function
To MUTE the microphone while you are using the handset or speak
erphone, press the MENU key until you see the MUTE ON option
and press OK. To turn off the MUTE, press the MENU key until you
see the MUTE OFF option and press OK.
