PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT

• Read all the instructions before using an air tool. All operators must be fully trained in its use and aware of these

safety rules. All service and repair must be carried out by trained personnel.

• Air under pressure can cause severe injury.

• Always shut off air supply, drain hose of air pressure and disconnect tool from air supply, when not in use, before

changing accessories or when making repairs.

• Never direct an operating air tool at yourself or anyone else.

• Whipping hoses can cause serious injury. Always check for damaged or loose hoses and fittings.

• Do not exceed maximum air pressure of 6.3bar.

•Do not use quick disconnect couplings at tool. See instructions for correct set-up.

Personnal safety

• Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sens when operating a tool.

• Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts.

• Avoid accidental starting. Ensure that the switch is "OFF" before plugging the tool in.

• Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection and other recommended safety equipment.

• Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

• Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before turning the tool "ON".

• Even small projectiles can injure eyes and lead to blindness.

• Always wear impact-resistant eye and face protection when involved with or near the operation, repair or

maintenance of the tool or changing accessories on the tool.

• Do not use hand sockets with impact wrenches. Avoid the use of sockets with excessive wear to the input and

output drives. Check that the square and any other type of drive of the impact wrench is not cracked or excessively

worn before fitting or changing sockets, extensions, etc. Ensure that the socket is firmly fixed to the tool.

• Always use the simplest extension possible. Long springy extension bars and adapters absorb impact power and

could break.

• Never operate the tool while not applying onto the work piece. It may run too fast and lead to the accessory to

be thrown off the tool.
