Note: The Super DOT4 does not have a standard specification that has been issued by the SAE.

There are three pending declarations:
1 - Boiling point identical to that of DOT4. But moisture absorption is lower than DOT4.
2 - Same boiling point as DOT5.1. But viscosity at low temperature is the same as DOT4.
3 - Specifications are the same as DOT 4 except that the boiling point is 300°C/195°C.
