In normal mode the “wings” on the nozzle are horizontal – as shown in
the picture on the left. That way one will get a spray pattern in the shape of
a vertical line, which will give the best coverage when one sweeps of
the work area.
Spray painting with a paint cup
Set the air pressure to 2–4 bar. Test spray. If the spray is too thin:
reduce the pressure or open the screw and let in more paint.
If the paint distribution is too bad, reduce the amount of paint.
Adjust the width of the spray pattern and adjust the paint distribution as required.
N.B.
To reduce unnecessary paint consumption and for best results,
one should try to use as low an air pressure as possible.
