Operating instructions
For best results
• It is a good idea to place the ice cream maker in the fridge and the bowl in
the freezer to cool them down before you begin to make your ice cream.
• The bowl should be placed in the freezer to cool for at least 12 hours at a temperature
below -15 °C, preferably up against the side of the freezer where it is coldest.
• The ice cream made in this machine is softer than the ice cream sold in shops.
• If the ice cream has not begun to set after 15 minutes, the bowl is not cold enough.
• Left over ice cream is best stored in the freezer.

1. Place the bowl in the freezer for 8 hours before use.
2. Prepare the ice cream mixture.
Note:
Do not mix more than 1500 g.
3. Cool the ice cream mixture in the fridge.
4. Attach the mixer paddle to the motor unit.
