Note:
• The roller may need to be fed with more paint initially since the roller will be
completely dry and needs to be saturated before painting. Top the reservoir up
with more paint if necessary.
• If you are considering changing rollers, remember that they must be
perforated
in
order to work with this type of roller
Handy hint!
• The trigger only needs to be pressed when more paint needs to be fed.
• Press the trigger to feed more paint if you notice that the paint isn’t enough to
cover the roller.
• If the roller feels like it is sliding in paint, reduce the paint feed amount.
• In order to avoid drips, hold the roller in motion when feeding paint to the roller.
• When painting in tight spaces, try to avoid filling the reservoir as this allows
the entire roller to be shorter, lighter and easier to manage.
• Wrap the roller head in a plastic bag whenever you take a break from work in order
to prevent paint from drying onto the roller.
• Cover the floor or any other surfaces that need protecting whenever you work.
Make sure to also protect areas where you must handle or fill paint.
Handle rotation
The handle can be rotated in order to simplify
painting at difficult angles.
Loosen the lock collar (a), rotate the handle (b)
to the desired position and re-tighten.
Kickstand
• Flip the kickstand out to allow the roller to rest when needed.
• Make sure that any surfaces where the roller is used are
covered with newspaper, plastic or similar protective material.
• Place some sort of drip protection underneath the roller
whenever it is resting on its kickstand to avoid accidental
spillage.
• Whenever resting the roller, pull the trigger out a bit in order
to ensure sure that no paint is accidentally fed to the roller.
• Fold in the kickstand whenever painting in order to
prevent it from getting in the way during painting.
