Troubleshooting guide
The clock radio does
not come on. • Make sure that the mains lead and its plug are intact
and undamaged.
• Check that the mains lead is properly plugged into
an electrical socket.
• Check that the electrical socket is live.
No sound. • Check the volume.
• Check that the MUTE function is not activated.
Poor radio reception. • Try adjusting the aerial or moving the radio to
another location.
• Perform a factory reset; refer to the
Factory reset
section above.
