Care and maintenance
Cleaning
Clean the Bluetooth speaker using a lightly moistened cloth. Only use mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
Storage
•
Unplug the adaptor from the wall socket if the product is not be used for
an extended period. Store the Bluetooth speaker in a dry, dust-free area.
•
Remove the remote’s batteries.
Troubleshooting guide
The Bluetooth speaker
will not switch on.
•
Make sure that the adaptor and its leads are
undamaged and are securely connected to
the wall socket and the speaker.
•
Check that the wall socket is live.
Poor sound or
no sound during
Bluetooth playback.
•
Adjust the volume both on the device and speaker.
•
Make sure that the Bluetooth connection is
functioning properly.
•
Test the playback from your external device before
connecting it.
•
Try playback using another file or format e.g. MP3.
The file you are attempting to play may be incompatible
or corrupted.
•
Make sure that no other Bluetooth device is already
connected.
•
Make sure that the Bluetooth device is within range of
the speaker (max 10 m).
Poor sound or no
sound during AUX-IN
playback.
•
Make sure that the 3.5 mm audio cable is undamaged
and securely connected to the device and the speaker.
•
Check the volume on the connected device and
the speaker.
•
Test the playback from your external device before
connecting it.
•
Try playback using another file or format e.g. MP3.
The file you are attempting to play may be incompatible
or damaged.
