Safety
• The fan heater may be used by children of 8 years and above and by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capability or lack of experience and know-
ledge provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Never let children
play with the fan heater. Cleaning and maintenance may be carried out by children
but only under adult supervision.
• The fan heater must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years of age unless
they are under constant supervision.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 8 years should only switch the fan heater on/
off provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating
position and they have been given supervision or instruction in the safe use of
the appliance and understand the hazards involved.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 8 years must not plug in the heater, regulate it
or perform any user maintenance.

Warning:
Some parts of the fan heater become
very hot
during use. There is
a risk of burns. Special care must be taken if the fan heater is used in the same
room as young children, aged or infirm persons.
• The fan heater is only intended for normal domestic use and only in the manner
described in this instruction manual.
• The fan heater should only be connected to a 220–240 V, 50 Hz power supply.
• The heater should never be connected using an on/off timer or other equipment
which can automatically switch the appliance on.

Note:
Never cover the fan heater.
• Always switch the fan heater off and unplug it if it is not to be used for
an extended period.
• Do not place the fan heater directly under a wall socket.
• Do not place the mains lead where it can be crushed or damaged by sharp edges.
• Place the mains lead where there is no risk of people tripping over it.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the fan heater.
• Never use the fan heater if it, the mains lead or plug is in any way damaged or
malfunctioning.
