Troubleshooting guide
“ADD WATER” • Make sure that there is water in the water tank.
• Check that the filter at the bottom of the water
tank is not clogged.
• Clean the ice maker, refer to the Care and main-
tenance
section.
“ICE FULL” • Is the ice basket full?
• The IR diodes may be dirty, clean the IR diodes
and restart the ice maker.
The ice cubes stick together • Stop the ice making process and wait for the ice to
melt before restarting it.
• Make sure that the water is between 8 °C and 25 °C.
No ice is made • Make sure that the water is between 8 °C and 25 °C.
• Place the ice maker in a cooler location and fill
the water tank with cold water, 8 °C.
