6.2 To follow a preset program (program 2-7)
ROLLING, VALLEY, FAT BURN, RAMP, MOUNTAIN or INTERVALS, these programs have different
resistances, times, intervals etc. and are shown graphically on the display. Select what best suits your
training.
1. Select a program by turning the knob (15).
2. Press ENTER to select the target category of the selected training program. For example, if you select
TIME the time setting will start flashing; enter the length of time you wish to train by turning the knob (15).
Confirm the time by pressing the knob (15).
. If you simply wish to start exercising without setting any targets, just press down the knob (15) after step 1.
N.B.
Time and Distance can not be set at the same time.
4. A buzzer sounds for a few seconds when you have reached your target, e.g. when the countdown
reaches
0
. If you set more than one target and would like to reach the next target, just press the knob (15)
to continue.
6.3 Exercise with your own program”USERS PROFILE” (program 8)
1. Select
USERS PROFILE
by turning the knob (15). Press
ENTER
(14) to confirm your program
selection.
2. Press
ENTER
(14) repeatedly to select from: TIME, DISTANCE, KCAL.
E.g. if you select
TIME
the setting for time will flash. Enter a training time by turning the knob (15),
confirm by pressing the knob (15).
Note! Time and Distance can not be set at the same time.
If you do not wish to enter any settings, press
ENTER
repeatedly until
COLUMN 1
flashes in the display.
. Turn the knob (15) to select the desired tension. There are 16 different levels. These are shown graphi-
cally in the display. Press
ENTER
to confirm the level of tension and then proceed to the next column.
4. Repeat step 4 to set the remaining columns. Next, push in the knob (15) to start your training program
and begin exercising.
5. A buzzer sounds for a few seconds when you have reached your target, e.g. when the countdown
reaches “0” (if a time has been set). If you set more than one target and would like to reach the next
target, just press the knob (15) to continue.
6.4 Exercise with a speed independent program “WATT CONTROL” (power control)
(program 9)
1. Select
WATT CONTROL
by turning the knob (15). Press
ENTER
(14) to confirm your program selection.
The power setting is preset at 100 (watt). Adjust the setting up or down by turning the knob (15).
2. Press
ENTER
(14) repeatedly to select from: TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES or WATT.
E.g. if you select
TIME
the setting for time will flash. Enter a training time by turning the knob (15),
confirm by pressing the knob (15).
