Description
Ratchet wrench, pneumatic socket wrench for tightening and untightening bolts
and nuts in places that are hard to reach with ordinary tools.
Safety
Always follow the following safety rules and any others that may be relevant.
1. Read through all manuals accompanying this product carefully. Make sure
you have a solid grasp of how all the controls function and how to handle the
equipment correctly.
2. The air ratchet should only be used by persons with a good knowledge of the
safety rules and knows how to use the tool safely.
• Do not exceed the maximum permissible working pressure pf 6.2 bar for the
tool. Higher pressure can shorten its useful life.
• Do not exceed the maximum working pressure for any component in the
pneumatic air system.
• Detach the tool from the air hose before you change or replace accessories,
before you service the device, or when the tool will not be used for a long time.
• Always wear hearing protection and protective glasses when using the tool.
• Do not wear loose clothing, shawls, or ties. They may get caught in moving
parts and cause severe injury.
• Do not wear jewelry when using with the tool. They can also get caught
and cause injury.
• Never press the trigger before connecting the tool to the air hose.
• Do not use damaged or worn accessories.
• Do not press the trigger if the socket is not firmly attached to the nut or screw/
bolt. Accessories must be firmly in place. Loose accessories invite injury.
• Protect the air hoses against damage and punctures.
• Never point a pneumatic tool toward yourself or any one else (risk of serious
injury).
• Inspect hoses before every use. Make sure all the connecting pieces are
properly in place.
• Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply before you attempt to
install an accessory or service the tool .
• Make sure that all the tool’s nuts, screws and bolts are tight and that the tool
is in a safe condition for use.
