Safety precautions
Read the safety precautions and the operating instructions before using the
tool.
Warning:
1. Do not use the grinder in explosive environments since the grinder produces
sparks.
2. If the direction of the tool changes suddenly, the torque of the tool or damaged
bits may cause damage.
3. To avoid personal injury, always disconnect the air supply from the tool before
assembly, disassembly, adjustment or maintenance of tools and accessories.
4. Do not wear loose fitting clothes and protect long hair using a hair net etc.
if necessary.
5. Ensure a steady foothold and good balance and do not stretch when the tool is
in use.
6. Grinders designed for a different direction of rotation can create unpredictable
and hazardous situations.
7. Keep the hoses wound up and tidy to avoid stumbling and falling.
8. Always wear safety goggles or a visor when using the tool, parts from the
grinder or the application can be ejected at high speed and cause injury to
eyes and face.
9. Use respiratory protection when needed.
10. Do not overload the tool and do not let the grinder run unloaded at maximum
rpm for a long time.
11. Do not carry the tool by holding the hose. Protect the hose from hot and sharp
items.
12. Always use, inspect and maintain the grinder according to common sense and
applicable regulations.
13. Do not use the tool if the air pressure exceeds 6.2 bar/620 kPa (90 psi).
14. Always use ear defenders when operating the tool.
