7. Always disconnect from the mains supply before moving or performing any
maintenance.
8. Never switch ON the heater with the guard removed.
9. Never touch the appliance with wet hands.
10. Do not allow children to tamper or play with this appliance in any way.
11. Do not locate this appliance in a potentially explosive atmosphere.
12. Never push items such as screwdrivers, knives, sticks etc, through the guard
which could then come into contact with the electric net. Contact with
the live electric net will cause electric shock.
13. Always disconnect from the power supply when not in use.
14. Please note that as this appliance utilises Ultra Violet lamps, care must be
taken to ensure that installation is at least 1 metre from a position where
people are likely to be located.
15. Do not look directly at the untra-violet light as this can be damaging to the
eyes.
16. Never cover the insect killer with fabric materials.
SERVICE
When necessary, have your insect killer repaired by a qualified person using
identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the appliance is
maintained.
