REPLACING THE OIL
After the first 100 hours use, replace
the oil using CLARKE ISO100 (SAE30)
compressor oil. Then replace the oil
after every 500 hours of operation or
every 6 months.
To empty the oil from the engine,
remove the oil drain plug from the
crankcase.
CHECKING THE NON-RETURN VALVE
If the reservoir pressure decreases for no apparent reason, it is possible that the
non-return valve is leaking. To check this:
1. Make sure that the reservoir is not
under pressure and the
compressor is switched OFF.
2. Examine the non-return valve,
and replace the gasket and valve
if necessary.
