Preparing the System for Use

RetCam 3 and RetCam Shuttle User Manual

Handpiece Connections

Always return the handpiece to the holster when it is not in use. Drape the handpiece 
cable over the cord wrap post, but do not wrap it tightly because damage to the fiber optic 
cable might result.

Printer Setup

Extend the printer shelf fully and verify that sufficient paper is installed in the printer. Lift 
printer lid to ensure ink cartridges are installed. Push the shelf back in. 

System Software

When the software is ready, the 

User Login

 screen appears. (
