2. Play Messages
This feature allows you to use the switch
to play the answering machine messages;
subsequent activation of the switch skips
to the next message
3. Warning Message (Play/Record/Erase)
This feature enables the phone to play
a warning when the switch is activated.
(Warning can be recorded following the
steps below under Warning Message
Features.)
Warning Message Settings:
– Select Play: “Playing Warning
Message” (Select Stop)
– “Record Warning Message?”
(Select Yes)
– Please record after the
tone. (beep)

“Recording Warning Message”
(Select End)
– Erase
“Erase Warning Message?”
(Select Yes or No)
4. Dial out (Message or Number)
This feature enables the phone to dial
out a preset phone number and to
play a message. (Number and message
are set following the steps below –
under Dial Out Settings.)
Dial Out Message Settings:
– Play: “Playing Dial Out Message”
(Select Stop)
– Record:
“Record Dial Out
Message?” (Select Yes or No)
– Erase: “Erase Dial Out
Message?” (Select Yes or No)
Dial Out Number Settings:
– Edit Dial Out Number: Enter
number and select Save, or edit by
selecting “Backspace”. Or
select “Back” to return to the pre-
vious menu.
5. Vocalyst (Subscription only service)
This feature calls the Vocalyst phone
number and allows you to use the
Vocalyst features.
