Safety Rules
Relieving the standard spreader accumulator
Relieve the oil pressure from accumulator (D).
This is done as follows:
Start the engine and switch on master safety switch.
Swing the standard spreader from the chopper
position to the centre position between chopper
and swathing position by pressing pushbutton (2).
Stop the engine.
Now carefully loosen the hose of the hydraulic
cylinder at (A).
DANGER!
Residual oil pressure may still exist
in the lines.

Wear safety goggles.
☞
Wear safety gloves.
☞
Wrap a thick rag around the union nut.
☞
Slacken off the union nut by a quarter
turn and slightly tilt the line until the oil
has escaped.
ENVIRONMENT!
Dispose of oil properly.
