General Functions and Controls
1.
USB PORT -
This USB port is used to power the device from either a USB 2.0 connection
on a laptop or external USB PSU (not supplied).
a.
LAPTOP:
When connected to a laptop not only does it power but it is recognized
as an external soundcard automatically allowing playback of music on Channel B (if
selected).
b.
EXTERNAL:
If powered by an external USB power supply (not included) you can
operate the mixer independently using the line and phono inputs.
2.
OUTPUT:
a.
AMP:
Unbalanced master output for connecting to an amplifier or active speakers.
b.
REC:
Line level output to record you mix.
3.
CHANNEL A & CHANNEL B INPUTS:
a.
PHONO:
For connecting turntables that require a preamp to bring the input to line
level.
b.
LINE:
For connecting devices such as turn tables, CD players etc with line level
output.
4.
GROUND LOOP:
To connect turn table ground loop to remove unwanted hum on
playback.
