Guide to Charging Time
Below are the approximate times needed for charging when exposing the watch
dial to light continuously. Please use this table as a reference only.

To charge the rechargeable cell fully, it is recommended to expose the dial to direct
sunlight. A fluorescent lamp or interior lighting does not have sufficient illumination to
charge the rechargeable cell fully.
This watch will run for approximately 8 months from a
full charge
