Set the parameters for the meeting to be displayed on the Cisco Unified IP Phone by setting the following
properties in the Room mailbox to False:

DeleteSubject—Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity TelepresenceRoom9 -DeleteSubject
$false

AddOrganizerToSubject—Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity TelepresenceRoom9

Step 10
Using EMS, set the Room mailbox Auto-Accept to On:

Auto-Accept—Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity TelepresenceRoom9

Note
CTS-Manager does not process meetings that are tentative. Meetings that are accepted if Microsoft AAA
Agent is off will only access proxy if accepted.
Step 11
Check if Auto-Accept has been configured for the room:

Required. Log into the Room mailbox once using Outlook Web Access (OWA) or Outlook 2007 using
one of the following login options:

In Microsoft Exchange 2007, the room mailbox is disabled by default. You will not be able to directly
log into the room mailbox using the room username unless the mailbox was created using Room Mailbox
as the mailbox type, as described in
Step 6
.

The CTS Manager user
ctsmanaccount
has been given full access to the room mailboxes—Use your
ctsmanaccount
credential to log on to each room mailbox by completing these tasks:
a.
Using a supported Web browser, log into the
ctsmanaccount
mailbox using OWA.
b.
Enter the following:
http://<exchange ip address>/owa/
c.
Click on the
ctsmanaccount
tab on the top of the page.
d.
Enter the room account name and click Open to open the room mailbox in another window.
Or
e.
Using your
ctsmanaccount
credential, log on to room account using either Outlook 2007 or
Outlook Web Access and enter the following:
http://<exchange ip address>/owa/<room_name@domain_name>

The
ctsmanaccount
has read-only permission to the room mailboxes. In this case, you need to have
a third user account that has full access to the room mailboxes. Using the third user account and
Outlook 2007, complete the following tasks:
a.
Using a supported Web browser, log on to the system.
b.
Click on Calendar in the left pane.
