Chapter 1 Install the Cisco ONS 15310-MA SDH
Required Tools and Equipment
Step 2 As needed, complete the “DLP-H18 Install Fiber-Optic Cables in a 1+1 Configuration” task on
page 16-21 .
Step 3
As needed, complete the “DLP-H19 Install Fiber-Optic Cables for Path Protection Configurations” task
on page 16-22 .
Step 4 As needed, gently route the fiber cables away from the shelf. You might want to use the optional tie-down
bar.
Step 5
Continue with the “NTP-H164 Perform the Shelf Installation Acceptance Test” procedure on page 1-31 .
Stop. You have completed this procedure.
