can initiate grooming. After the incumbent connection is chosen for rerouting, a new connection is
established using NNI endpoints B

connection is ready, the master endpoint sends a release message to the slave endpoint and switches to
the new connection as shown in the third panel. When the slave endpoint receives the release, it switches
to the new connection, and the reroute is complete.
