prevent water from accumulating around the cable exit points.

The fasteners and the mounting surface should be capable of maintaining a minimum pullout force of 150
pounds (68 kg) to support the weight of the antenna and bracket, along with the potential wind loading on the
antenna.
Caution
The pole or mast must be rigid enough to hold the weight of the antenna along with the associated forces
produced by wind loads. Also, the pole or mast must be structurally strong enough to withstand the clamping
force of the hose clamps.

Before you mount the antenna, go through the supported mounting procedures and ensure that you have all
tools and fasteners mentioned therein ready. The following is a general list of fasteners and tools not included
in the antenna and brackets kit:
• To mount the antenna on a wall or ceiling, you need four mounting M8 screws or bolts and wall anchors.
