Troubleshooting:
I
f there are any problem with the TV, please connect with the after-sale service center.
Before you contact the after service center, please refer to the below method to solve the
problem, if it still exit, please record the model number and serial number of the TV, and contact to
the after service center.
Without voice and image:
Please check if you turn on the power.
Please check the setting of the brightness and contrast ratio.
Please check the setting of the volume.
Please check the connection of the antenna is right or not.
Please check if the power cable insert into the outlet, and then check if it is has normal power supply.
With image but no voice:
Check the setting of the volume.
Please check if you press the button of the “Mute” on the remote control.
No image or unicolor image:
Please check the color system of the TV.
Please check the sound system of the TV.
Interferes:
Please try to remove the devices in they interfere with the TV signal.
Please insert the plug of the TV into another outlet.
Image distortion:
Please check the signal receive cable and the connection line.
Instability:
Please unplug the TV, and try once again.
Problem of the digital program image:
Please refer to the connection cable in p.39.
Voice and text problem of the digital program:
Because the voice and text signal is directly sent out by TV station.
this product only display the information broadcasted, you can choose closing this function as usual.
No effect of remote control:
Please change new batteries.
Please clean the top of the remote control (around the red indicator).
Please check if the connection of the batteries box well or not.
The power LED diaplay does not shine, and without any message displayed:
(A) Check the powe is inserted good.
(B) Check TV whether in the standby state.
TV screen without images:
(a) Press “MENU” on the remote, if it can display the main menu on screen.
(b) Confirmation of TV is connected with the good. For example, AV cable connections.
(c) Inspection TV brightness is sufficient.
(d) Confirm whether the correct output resolution display.
