André Belfort offers you the option to extend the manufacturer‘s
warranty for your watch from 24 to 48 months. To use this option,
you must first register your watch within the regular warranty
period. To do this, please fill out the warranty form at
https://www.chronos-manufactures.ch/garantie/andrebelfort or
scan the QR code on the enclosed warranty card. You will then be
asked to upload your invoice. After successful registration, you will
receive a certificate by e-mail for your records.
Towards the end of the guarantee period, you will receive an e-mail
from us asking you to send in your André Belfort watch for an in-
spection, for which a charge is payable. In the course of this revision,
our watchmakers will check whether your watch is in perfect wor-
king order and will fix any defects and flaws. After the inspection,
you will receive a new guarantee for your watch, which will be valid
for another 24 months.
If you make regular use of this service, you will enjoy your watch for
a lifetime.
