How to use the GMT hand if you’re staying at home
If you have relatives or work colleagues in another timezone, you can
use the GMT hand to mark what time it is in their country. Just gently
pull the crown into position 2 , then use the 24-hour dial ring/rehaut
(note the contrasting ‘day’, and ‘night’ sections) to set the time there.
E.g. If the GMT in London is 12:05, in Australia it would be 22:05
(+10 hours).
