Service setups

HS Series 2K Service Manual—D13HD2-HS, D13WU2-HS, D16HD-HS, D16WU-HS, D20HD-HS, D20WU-HS

7. To adjust the horizontal position of the ROD on the engine module, tighten or loosen the screws

(shown in the image below) with a M2 socket driver.

8. To adjust the ROD assembly on the engine module, tighten or loosen the screws (shown in the

image below) with a M2 hex driver.

9. Adjust screw X followed by screw Y until the yellow or blue image artifacts disappear.

10. Adjust the ROD until the yellow or blue image artifacts disappear.

11. If the artifacts do not disappear, adjust screw Z, followed by the X and Y screws.

12. To fix the screws, use Loctite 222 or green glue (BONBOND LOCK BB-2100).

13. Update back the normal firmware for use.

Adjusting the focus

If the project image appears fuzzy with the unbalance over 50 cm, perform adjusting the focus.

Warning!

If not avoided, the following could result in death or serious injury.

• Do not look into the projector lens when the laser is on. The bright light may result in permanent

eye damage.
