Projector covers and feet

2. Remove the main board and main board bottom shielding.
See Replacing the main board and media board on page 99.
3. Remove the eight M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
4. Remove the eight hex screws with a M3 socket driver securing the rear cover module.
5. Remove the rear cover module from projector.
6. Remove the rear IR sensor board.
See Replacing the rear IR sensor board on page 98.
7. Remove fans 1, 2, and 3.
See Replacing fans 1, 2, and 3 on page 71.
8. Transfer the rear IR sensor board and fans 1, 2, and 3 to the new rear cover.
9. If required, replace the rear cover.
10. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.
Removing the front cover
The front cover provides access to the lens assembly and front IR sensors.
1. Remove the top cover.

2. Remove the LED board.
See Replacing the LED board on page 97.
