Feeder Line Assembly and Suspension

LIBERTY® Feeding System with Electronic Sensor (ES)

Actuator Springs (9’-4 hole Tubes)

If using shorter Tube lengths (9’ 4 hole system) there are two options for Spring mounting. Option 1: Make up a
short Cable Assembly to go from the Tube Clamp through the first Support Cone. Option 2: Remove the Pan at
the end of the system and cover the outlet hole with a Tube Closure and Band Clamp. (See

).

Installing Actuator Cable

1.Fasten one end of the Cable to the Spring at the end of the system as shown below.

2.Route the Cable through the Feed Cones, through the Actuator, through the Feed Cones and attach it to the

Spring at the other end of the system
