Installation Bin Fill Cap Kit

Model 108 Single and Twin Intermediate Fill Cap Kit
1.Place the Sponge Tubing (Item 12) over the lip of the bin fill collar.
2.Install the short Tube Anchor Weldment (Item 8) on the outside of the Bin Cover Weldment (Item 11).
3.Caulk or silicone the Anchor Tube Weldments against the Cover Weldment.
4.Install the Slide Shut-offs on the Tube Anchor Weldments.
See Figure 7 (on page 11)
5.Install the Tube Anchor Weldment (Item 5) on the inside of the Cover Weldment (Item 11) .
6.Set the Cover Weldment over the bin opening in line with the supply bin.
7.Install the Auger Tubes from the boot on the supply bin to the Cover Weldment.
8.Use a Tube Clamp
(Item 9) to secure the Auger Tube(s) to the Tube Anchor Weldment(s).
9.Drill holes and fasten the Cover Weldment (Item 11) to the bin fill collar with the 5/16" x 1-1/2" bolts and
locknuts supplied.
