4.Assemble the Control Unit with long Tube Anchor Weldment (Item 1) in the upper inlet hole of the Cover
Weldment (Item 3) .
5.Use the hardware provide to bolt the Control Unit brackets to the support rails (Item 2) . (See Figure 5.)
6.Set the cover weldment over the bin opening in line with the other bins.
7.Install the auger as specified in the fill system installation manuals (MA1032 and MA1102).
DANGER: Springing Auger
Use caution when working with Auger. Springing Auger may cause
personal injury .
8.Set the Lid Assembly on the Cover Weldment and secure using the over
center clamps.
Level Switching and Control Panel (not supplied) can be configured
to best suit the application. The wiring and controls should be
planned to minimize any empty running time on the Augers.
