B. Sizing
1.
Weigh the grain (between 50 g and 3.5 kg) and
put it in the breaking hopper.
2.
Select Breaking cycle 1 by clicking on the icon
and then .
3.
When the cycle ends, recover the material from
drawers A, B, C, D and weigh them. Note the
weights and carefully keep each product
separate.
4.
Put the material from drawer A in the breaking
hopper.
5.
Select Breaking cycle 2 by clicking on the icon
and then click on .
6.
When the cycle ends, recover the material from
drawers A, B, C, D and weigh them. Note the
weights and carefully keep each product
separate.
1.
Put the coarse middlings recovered from breaking
operations 1 and 2 in the sizing/reduction hopper.
2.
Select Sizing cycle 3 by clicking on the icon
and then click on .
3.
When the cycle ends, recover the material from
drawers E, F, G and weigh them. Note the weights
and carefully keep each product separate.
